Progression Care Ltd supports young people to empower individuality and the need to feel secure and develop their life skills to support them to live independently in their own homes.

Domiciliary Care
Progression Care supports service users within their own accommodation providing a positive, caring and safe approach. We are committed to supporting all service users so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and support members out in the community. We will ensure that service users are able to live the lives they choose, maximise their potential and strive to achieve their individual aspirations. We speak with the service user, family, friends and outside agencies to ensure the care plan is person-centred and will meet their needs.

We have used PCL for several pieces of work and have always found them to be a great provider for semi-independence placements. PCL has worked positively with our local authority in providing bridging placements for young people who are in crisis. What we most value is they always tailor the support around the young person needs and are flexible in their approach. They supported one of our young people in transitioning into a long-term placement by providing a handover of what worked well which helped provide stability in their move and ensure placement breakdown was minimised.

I have worked with Progression Care for over a year now. They have offered a home to 3 of my young people. I have found the staff, not only supportive and easy to communicate with but they have given my young people a safe home with clear guidance, and support. This has enabled all 3 to improve their life chances. All 3 are now successfully engaging in college or employment. I would highly recommend

The house that Progression Care provide is really nice, he has everything he needs here and it's a really big house. The staff provide great support for my child, which is really needed. When being here he is able to be himself and staff are trying their hardest to get him involved in positive activities.
